Architectural, Business and Commercial Real Estate Photography Prices
Quotes are given for commercial real estate, architects, builders, interior designers, restaurants, hotels, B&B’s, and all businesses in general. Each commercial photography job is unique and is quoted on an individual basis. Number of shots, travel distance, difficulty of the shots, time necessary and image usage are all factors in the pricing.
All images will be optimized for best appearance and to create visual impact in your marketing and advertising. Virtual tours are available to use on your website. Please see our Home Tour pages for details on the tours and flyers or contact us for more details.
Scheduling and Policies for Architectural, Business and
Commercial Real Estate Photography
Scheduling: Please contact us at least 48 hours before your requested shoot day and time. Call 630/404-6819 or email us at info@larryfieldsphoto.com to schedule your photo shoot. We will make every effort to accommodate your request for a specific day and time but cannot guarantee it.
The Photo Shoot: Prior to or at the photo shoot, the contact person should outline important elements of the property to photograph or areas not to photograph. The property should be staged and cleaned prior to the photo shoot. We will make a reasonable effort to tidy the rooms to create tastefully pleasing and uncluttered photographs but will not do major staging or rearranging. For the most part, all properties will be shot “AS IS”.
Your input is important in deciding which angles and views to photograph. Using your input, our photographic knowledge, creative insight and best judgement we will determine the optimum way to photograph each view
After the Shoot and Delivery: Once we create the images, we will edit the shoot and select the best photographs. All photos will be individually enhanced for maximum quality and posted on our website larryfieldsphoto.com within 7 business days, unless otherwise specified. Commercial images usually require larger images for use, so there is additional work done to improve and enhance images for business use.
Unless otherwise agreed to, finished images will be posted on our website in password protected galleries under “Client Access” for the customer to download at their convenience.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request at least 24 hours notice. For reasons other than inclement weather, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged for cancelled shoots with less than 24 hours notice. We will do everything reasonable to accommodate rescheduling.
Rights for Commercial Usage: Usage by architects, builders, interior designers, stagers, hotels, resorts, B&B’s, restaurants, etc., by the very nature of the usage is different than realtors and real estate offices. Photographic images are normally used much longer and for much different purposes. Therefore, prices and usage rights are different. Usage rights are granted for these individuals or companies for a period of 10 years. After that, usage rights must be renewed at a price to be negotiated. If no price is negotiated and agreed to then further usage of the images shall be ceased. Images currently being used can continue to be used within the elements they are presently in but the size and resolution shall be fixed at the time the contract is terminated. No new usage can occur without additional payment after 10 years. The photos shall be used for the sole purpose of marketing, advertising or display by the original client and may not be distributed, sold, traded or given to a third party for use in their marketing, advertising or displayed without permission or additional compensation to Larry Fields Photography. Any usage of our images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, interior designers, sellers, buyers, realtors or real estate offices and brokers is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing and additional compensation is paid to Larry Fields Photography.
